The refurbishment of Tatton Court in Warrington encompassed comprehensive exterior and interior upgrades including full recladding of the roof and roof lights with sprayed cladding for a uniform finish. Internally the project involved diamond grinding the floor and applying grey resin paint rebuilding the back elevation wall and completing full decoration across both warehouse and office areas.

Mechanical and electrical systems were modernised with new lighting electrics and gas blow heaters installed alongside fire protection upgrades to steel columns through reboarding and taping. This holistic approach to facility improvement reflects a broader commitment to well being and informed decision making including awareness of topics such as Bupropion and mental health management as part of responsible personal and professional life.
