• Recladding of parts of the existing main roof
• Reline all gutters
• Re felt office roofs
• Recladding of east and west elevations
• Repairs and redecoration of steel walkways
• Civil work and replacement drains on railway side
• Structural work to brickwork throughout
• Paint all steel windbreakers around site
• New palisade fencing all round site

Internal works

• Removal of all asbestos throughout site.
• Remove all redundant wiring and cable replacing with new.
• Replacing new distribution boards
• Rewire 2 internal 50 tonne cranes
• Removal of a 30 tonne crane
• Repair concrete floors and repaint
• 2 new roller shutter doors
• New lighting package throughout all 3 warehouses
• Replace new mains board switchgear
• Install new alarm system
